HEALTH AND SAFETY FAQS

Q: What training does your staff receive?

A: All staff are trained annually in summer protocols, including but not limited to health, weather, and security safety for all participants.  Additionally -- as trained educators -- our summer teachers are experts in providing a welcoming and caring environment for participants, whether or not they are SCS students.

Q: What about snacks and lunch?

A: Children who are enrolled in camps at the Chisholm Trail Campus will have a supervised snack / break time during the camp. A snack will be provided.  Everyone will need to bring a sack lunch for a supervised lunch break from 12:00-12:30 pm.

Q: Where do I drop off and pick up my child?

A: Drop-off and pick-up for ALL camps at the Chisholm Trail Campus will be at the cafeteria. For participant safety, it is imperative that you follow all posted protocols during drop-off and pick-up times. Locations are specifically outlined in the details of the camp registration. Please check the class description to note the building, room number, gym, or field location of each class or camp.

Q: What is the policy for early drop-off and late pick-up for Summer Camp Sensation?
